Our client wanted to train field service engineers on their products. For this purpose, they needed digitized, self-paced learning content that was to be custom designed and developed to support their specific needs.
Training curriculum was custom-designed and digitized by NLL Academy SMEs in collaboration with the client’s SMEs. Self-paced learning mechanism eliminated the need for instructors.
